Pumpkin Patch...

 Good Afternoon,

It's nearly Pumpkin time and I enjoyed making up this card with my Pumpkin Die-set and the Autumn coloured scrapbook papers.

Close Up:-

A5 Kraft card:-

Cut the check card slightly smaller than the main card. Rough up the edges with the edge of your scissors and attach to your card. Run a running stitch around the edge of the check card with a fine liner pen. Die-cut three pumpkins with the leaves and 2 x fence panels. Cut an oblong of Kraft card 6cm x 9cm and add to the card on a slight angle as in the picture. Add a piece of Hessian 7cm x 5cm, fray the edges and add across the Kraft card. Ink around the fence panels with brown ink and attach both panels over the Hessian on foam. Attach the three die-cut pumpkins and leaves to the front of the fence, again on foam. Die-cut two small oblongs 4cm x 3cm in the check and leaf papers and tuck down behind the Hessian. Tie strips of the Hessian strands and add to the top of the Kraft card. Add three die-cut leaves to the bottom left corner. Add ink and clear embossing powder to the wooden pumpkin and add to the main card as in the picture. Stamp out the words PUMPKIN and PATCH with the Pumpkin ink pad, clear emboss, and cut out, then add to the card.

A Pretty Patchwork Card...

 Good morning

A patchwork card using a Craftwork clear stamp set.

Close up:-

White 6"x6" Card:-

Brown is very much the colour this Autumn/Winter so I have used brown ink and pale turquoise to co-ordinate.
Die-cut a piece of brown card slightly smaller than the main card using a square with a stitched edge and attach. I stamped out the small hexagons onto white card mixing the two ink colours and then embossed them with clear embossing powder. Leave enough room to be able to put your greetings in between as in the picture. Die-cut this stamped image again with a square stitched die, slightly smaller than the brown square. Add a cross stitched edge around this white square and attach to the main card. Stamp out two more separate hexagons, cut out and attach with foam. Stamp buttons and crosses in some of the hexagons. Add two cross stitches to the corners of the main card as in the picture using the brown ink.

Sewing Clear Stamp Set- Craftwork Cards
Brown/White Card
