Male Birthday card.....

 Hello there

Back with a card for the men, this one is for a relation of mine whose birthday is in June. I am ahead of myself for a change. I've used a clock stamp from Kaisercraft which is handy for a retirement card too.

I have used a 6"x6" Cream card and matted it with a brown, slightly patterned paper, from a Lili of the Valley paper pad, leaving a small cream border around the edge. I die cut four tags in different patterns and added them to the card as in the picture. Stamped out the clock stamp using a Versamark ink pad and gold embossing powder onto one of the patterned papers. Cut out and layered onto brown patterned paper and then cream card. Wrapped coloured string around the stamped image and tied, adding a small metal embellishment. Attach to the card and finish off with a greeting.

Buttons and Bows...

 Afternoon everyone

We seemed to be blessed with good weather at the moment so I have been more outside than inside making cards, but I have been busy this morning. A card for birthday girl or even for a baby card. Pastel colours from the Kaisercard collection. Woodware Buttons Stamp you can purchase from my Ebay shop here.

I have used a 7"x7" Scalloped White Card.

Die cut a large scalloped edge square, using the Kaisercard and add to the main card. Stamp at each corner three small buttons with the VersaMagic ink pad. Cut a smaller scalloped square with the floral green paper and add to the card, on top of the plain green. Die cut the white larger scalloped square and add that to the card. Die cut four small scalloped squares from the papers, add these to the card as in the diagram. Stamp out four of the buttons from the stamp collection on plain coloured card and cut out. Thread button string through the buttons and tie into a bow. Add to the small squares on foam. Add a greeting.

I used papers from Echo Park collection 'Life is Beautiful'.

A Tag card for a May Birthday...

 Hi there

Just designed a Tag card for a birthday in May. I used a Die set from Little B that has different shaped Tags and sizes, this one being ideal for for a card. 12.5cm x 8.5cm.

I cut out the tag and stamped the bottom half of the card with a background 'Happy Birthday' with a Distress Oxide Milled Lavender. I added a border strip from the papers above the background stamping. Stamped out the Tag Stamp with Distress Oxide Wilted Violet and embossed with clear embossing powder, then cut out. I stamped the word May down the top right hand side 5 times. Add the stamped tag to the card as in the picture. Stamp out the flower again on some matching paper and the leaves on green card. Cut out and add to the image on the card. Add the ribbons, pearls and the greeting.
