Close up:-

Wrap a piece of cream ribbon around the largest piece of paper as in the diagram. Add these 2 pieces of paper to the main card at the top, one slotting slightly under the other. Cut a piece of the patterned paper 11cm x 5.5cm and add to the left side of the card. Sliding under the scallop edge as in the diagram. Cut 3 pieces of different papers 3cm wide x 6cm and scallop the bottom edges as before. Add to the left side of the card, one on top of the other. Wrap a piece of ribbon around the top piece and add a punched out Daisy. Cut out a tag from the Daisy papers, add a ribbon through the top and add to the right side of the main card on foam. Add 2 pieces of ribbon, folded at each side and stuck down in the middle to make a bow one on top of the other and add another punched out Daisy. Add Liquid Pearls to the centre of the daisies.

Happy Mother's Day....

 Good Afternoon

I have made a quick card for Mother's Day using Stamperia background papers.

I have used a 6"x6" Kraft card.

I picked one of the papers from the Backgrounds Selection 8"x 8" paper pads. Cut it down slightly smaller than the card. I cut out a tag, flower and butterfly from matching paper from the Daisy collection. I threaded string through the top of the tag and added to the card . I stamped a greeting on the tag. Add the cut out flower on foam and add a matching button to the centre of the flower. Add the butterfly as in the picture. Finish off with a Mother's Day greeting. A Row of Daffodils...

 Good Evening,

A row of Daffodils are on this card I made today. Spring is on its way, we hope, although it is raining at the moment.

Close Up:-

I have used an A5 Cream card. Portrait.

Die-cut two rectangles from the stitched rectangle set and yellow card, one 16cm x 10.5cm and one 12.5cm x 9cm. Attach both to the card as in the picture. Cut a length of white card 18.5cm x 5.5cm and stamp across with a daffodil stamp. Clear emboss over the stamping before you colour the flowers, leaves and Ladybirds using the Promarkers. Matte the white card with the yellow card leaving a small border. Attach this strip to the main card 5.5cm from the top edge of the card. Cut another piece of white card 5cm x 5cm and stamp the Daffodils as before, emboss with clear embossing powder and colour in with the same pens. Die-cut one square slightly larger, than the white piece of stamped card, using the  yellow card, cut a smaller square inside that to form a frame. Follow the picture. Die-cut a tag  11cm x 3cm out of the yellow card and a matching bow. Add them to the main card slightly to the right of the card as in the picture. Finish off with a greeting and Stickles on the flowers. I added a Die-cut greeting and a pearl over the i.

February Flowers....

Hi there, back with a floral card taken from the inspiration of Julie Hickey, who designed the stamps and a card when they used to have the Craftwork Card Packs.

Close up....

It's a small Rose from the stamp set.
I have used a White card 6.5"x 5" (16cm x 13.5cm)

I cut off 1" along the long edge of the main card before I started and matted the back inside with a deep pink card, leaving a small white border around the edges. Die-cut a fancy edged rectangle approx.15.5cm x 10.5cm. I stamped all over the die-cut rectangle with a Rose stamp, using a pink ink pad and then embossed with clear embossing powder. I coloured the leaves with a green Promarker pen and the Rose itself with a water brush and the pink ink. Stamp out about five more Roses on spare card in the same way as before then cut them out. I added these on to the card with foam. Attach the rectangle to the card overlapping the edge as in the picture. Stamp out a greeting, cut out and add to the card on foam. I added the two small hearts from the stamp set next to the word 'birthday'. Tie a length of coloured string to match and tie around the card. I have made a few of these cards in different colours.

Happy Valentine's Day....

 Good Afternoon,

As it is Valentine's Day this Saturday I have designed a card but it could also be used as an Anniversary card too.

Close up....

A5 White Base card, landscape.

Stamp the check stamp along the bottom of the card using red ink. I then over stamped with the heart stamp in the same colour. Add a small border strip of red card along the top of the check stamping. Cut a length of pink button thread the width of the card and knot at each end. Stick to the main card 4cm from the top of the card. Add the red buttons to hide the knots. Die cut one medium tag in patterned paper and two in the smaller die, one white and one patterned card. Punch out the envelope in patterned card and assemble. Cut out two small white tags, one round and one square. Stamp a tag from the stamp set in patterned paper and cut that out. Add all the tags to the washing line with more pink button thread as in the picture. Finish off with greetings and extra hearts punched out. Stamp Valentine's Day and edge the card with a small stamp using the red ink.
